Etude des écoulements intra anévrismaux par PIV stéréoscopique

The aim of this study is to describe the pulsatile hydrodynamic of a shear thinning fluid within an asymmetrical enlargement mimicking an abdominal aortic aneurysm. Stereo PIV, allows an acute analysis of the development and the propagation of the vortex ring occurring within the AAA bulge during the cardiac cycle.
