The Existed Problems and the Solutions of the Supervision and Administration of the Building Trade

In pace with the continuous development of the economy,the positoin and the functions of the supervision of the building construction are becoming more and more important. But many problems still exist. This paper firstly analyses such problems as the confusion of the qualification administration existing in the supervisory units,the low charges of supervisory service,the proprietors'nonstandard actions,the inaccurate fixed position of supervisory work etc,and then this paper gives the views to resolve the above problems.
