Abstract The data presented in this article are associated with the research article entitled “Bioactive Constituents Study of Pugionium cornutum L. Gaertn on Intestinal Motility” [1]. The aim of this data was to provide the 1D, 2D NMR and MS spectrum of novel bioactive compounds from P. cornutum.
