Broadband analysis and self-control of spectral fluctuations in a passively phase-stable Er-doped fiber frequency comb

Full stabilization of a fiber-based frequency comb without any active external references is presented. The compact and autonomously operating table-top source may broaden even more the technological impact of frequency combs.
