Research on Safety Climate Survey Scale

The compilation principles and procedures for safety climate survey scale(SCSS) are proposed,and a 10-dimension frame including 26 facets for safety climate is determined.On this basis,accidents causes are analyzed and 288 items are preliminarily compiled.After classification and pretest analysis,the items are finally cut down to 92 items.At last,the scale's reliability,validity and rationality are all verified with an experiment on 180 coalmine staffs.This SCSS is considered to be an efficacious tool for safety climate research due to its originality and interactivity.
