Emergency Response Optimization of Railway Dangerous Goods Based on the Fourier Model

On the basis of the influence of railway dangerous goods emergency command center location on transport safety, the similarity is analyzed between emergency response and heat conduction. By introducing the concept of emergency response, an emergency response and heat conduction calculation model is built for railway dangerous goods transportation according to Fourier Law. On this basis, the result indicates that the emergency response capability of emergency command center to emergency handling station is proportional to the emergency response gradient, and in inversely proportional to the emergency response resistance.
