AUTOGESTIÓN-DELEGACIÓN. TENSIONES EN LA APUESTA POLÍTICA A LA HORIZONTALIDAD EN EMPRESAS Y FÁBRICAS RECUPERADAS

Este trabajo se enmarca en la investigacion UBACyT P052 “Politica y subjetividad: estrategias colectivas frente a la vulnerabilizacion social” Es una investigacion exploratoria descriptiva, con una metodologia cualitativa para el relevamiento y analisis de la informacion. El marco teorico posee un criterio multireferencial que articula ideas de las Ciencias Sociales, la Psicologia Social, el Movimiento Institucionalista, las Teorias Grupales, el Psicoanalisis, las Teorias de las Producciones Discursivas y la Psicologia Comunitaria. Se presentan espacios colectivos relevados, integrados por trabajadores de Fabricas y Empresas Recuperadas. Se senala como la construccion de espacios de accion colectiva, particularmente en sus modalidades mas autogestivas y su tension con modalidades mas delegativas, hacen posibles nuevos modos de organizacion. Esta tension posibilita la invencion de novedosos modos de organizacion. Palabras clave Subjetividad Autogestion Delegacion Fabricasrecuperadas. ABSTRACT THE SELF-MANAGEMENT / DELEGATION. TENSIONS IN THE BETTING POLICY TO HORIZONTALITY ON BUSINESSES AND RECOVERED FACTORIES This paper is related with UBACyT P052 “Politics and subjectivity: collectives strategys at the head of social vulnerability”. This is an exploratory and descriptive work, with a qualitative methodology for the collecting and analysis of the information. Its theoretical frame is designed with multi-referencial criterion that articulates ideas of Social Sciences, Social Psychology, Institutionalist Movement, Group Theories, Psychoanalysis, Theories of the Discursive Productions and Community Psychology. It presents recovered factories workers collective experiencies. It is pointed out how the construction of spaces for collective action, particularly in the self-management organization way and its tensions with the delegative one, make possible new modes of organization.
