Abstract. This paper deals with a mathematical model of three-phase direct matrix-reactance frequency converter (MRFC) based on PWM AC matrix-reactance chopper with buck-boost topology. This paper includes a methodology of creating mathematical models for this kind of converters, for control circuit attributable to Venturini.
