Teljes egeszeben feldolgozasra kerult a temaval osszefuggő hazai es nemzetkozi irodalom. A kemenylombos faporokkal kapcsolatos eddigi kutatasi eredmenyeket rendszerezve foglaltuk ossze es megadtuk a kemenylombos fafajok anyagjellemzőit. Egyedulallo modon adtuk meg a vizsgalt akacfa, tolgyfa, bukkfa es forgacslap porok durva es finompor tartomanyanak szemcseosszetetelet, kulonos tekintettel a rakkeltő hatassal osszefuggő respirabilis tartomanyra. Szallo porok kinematikai vizsgalatahoz, a lebegtetesi sebesseg meresehez kiserleti berendezest terveztunk es kiviteleztunk. A faporok respirabilis tartomanyanak morfologiai vizsgalata szamos uj eredmenyt adott, amelyek elsősorban a porelszivasi technologiak fejleszteset szolgaljak. Egyedulallo modon foglaltuk ossze a faipari forgacsolo gepeket es forgacsolasi parametereket, valamint a porkepződessel osszefuggesben meghataroztuk a szallo porok es a gepkonstrukcio kapcsolatat. Kulonos alapossaggal vizsgaltuk meg a gep es az elszivorendszer kapcsolatat (elsősorban CNC megmunkalo kozpontokra). Az eredmenyek felhasznalasaval a gepkonstruktőrok es uzemeltetők sikerrel csokkentettek a munkahelyi levegő portartalmat es ezen keresztul az egeszsegkarosito hatast. Megvizsgaltuk a levegő visszataplalasnak a pormerlegre gyakorolt hatasat es javaslatot fogalmaztunk meg egy hatekony rendszer kialakitasara. | The whole internal and international bibliography related to the research subject was revised and worked up. Previous research results in the hardwood dust field were systematically surveyed and the material characteristics of hardwood species were summarized. The granulometric composition of coarse and fine dust fractions developed during the hardwood species machining was established expansively. A special accent was put on the respiring fraction which is related to the carcinogenic effect of the wood dusts. The analyzed species were as follows: black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia), oak (Quercus sp.), beech (Fagus silvatica) and a particleboard made from hardwoods respectively. An experimental equipment was designed and realized for kinematical tests and floating velocity determination of floating dusts. Morphological test of the inhalation wood dust fraction revealed several new results, which can be utilized primary in the development of exhausting technologies. The wood machines and cutting parameters were summarized uniquely. The relationship between the floating dust development and machine construction was established. The interrelation between the machine and exhausting system was analyzed (primary for a centre with computer numerical control). The results were successfully utilized by design engineers and users to decrease the dust content of the air in the working area. This leads to the health damage effect modification.
