Two Aspects of the Information Systems Financial Effectivity

This paper discusses some issues of the financial effectivity of Enterprise Information and Control Systems (EI&CS). Two aspects of the financial effectivity are investigated. One aspect is reliability and efficiency the second is the effectiviy of control and decision processes. The awareness of these aspects support analysis and design of the specific EI&CS.
