Gas chromatography with open tubular columns of cyclododecane derivatives

It was demonstrated that gas chromatography with open tubular columns can be used for the separate determination of certain cyclododecane derivatives that are used as the perfume compounds in the perfume industry, their derivatives, and their intermediate products. The retention indices of some cyclododecane derivatives on stationary phases with different polarities were determined. Possibilities of the separation of isomeric products with similar properties were revealed.
