Relative study of MFe2O4 (M=Ni, Co and Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 based multiferroic composite

Multiferroic composites (NiFe2O4)0.7-(Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3)0.3 and (CoFe2O4)0.7-(Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3)0.3 were prepared via conventional solid state reaction route. Crystal structure analysis was done by using X-Ray Diffraction and Rietveld Refinement. XRD patterns depicts the formation of composites while Rietveld analysis confirms the composites exhibit only Fd3m and R3c space group without any secondary phase. Dielectric study reveals the dispersive behavior of dielectric constant (e’) and tanδ at low frequencies and remains constant at higher frequencies. Magnetic hysteresis loop at room temperature shows magnetic ordering in both composites.
