Abstract Titel: Effektivitet igennem innovation & videndeling - Viden som vaerktoj i Alectia A/S Forfattere(stud.nr.): Rasmus Falt Pedersen(130169), Rasmus Bertelsen(107162) og Mads Kibsgaard(107138) Uddannelses og institution: Proces & Innovation DTU Campus Ballerup, Center for Forretning og Innovation 2013-2014. The goal of this project is to reduce the amount of errors, needless repetitions and misunderstandings in the consulting company Alectia A/S, through enhanced knowledge sharing and innovative optimization. The project was driven by the use of literary studies, observations, interviews and dialog based sparring and hearings. Through the use of these methods, an analysis of Alectia showed that the company has a number of challenges, directly related to the goal of this bachelor project. Among these were: A lack of use of their knowledge sharing portal, Fagligt Videncenter, and of their delivery model, the Alectia Compass. A lack of incremental, user based innovation as a problem solving tool. A lack of understanding between the various professions in Alectia, which can lead to internal strife and delayed completion of assignments. To combat these challenges, four solution based propositions were made: An optimization, rework and relaunch of Fagligt Videncenter. A relaunch of the Alectia Compass, now with directly available project reviews, to further knowledge sharing between projects. An organized mapping of the crossing of professional workflows. A use of the 1 % Method to free up a number of employees to pursue and integrate incremental, user based innovation, as a constant, ongoing problem solving tool. Through a synergetic use of these four propositions it is shown that Alectia can experience a reduction of errors, strenuous repetitions and misunderstandings in their project based workflow.
