Assessment of Staff's Readiness For European Foundation For Quality Management (EFQM) Model Approval: A Case Study From Physical Education Office of Kurdistan

The purpose of this research was readiness of the Physical Education staff of Kurdistan in accepting European foundation for quality management. The participants of the study are 125 officials who are working in the organization. In response to the study's questions, there was a questionnaire including ten variables of European foundation for quality management and each variable itself was divided into four questions. We used Kolmogrov-smirnov, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis test in significance level of %5. The results of the research hypotheses indicate that: there is significant difference between the amount of readiness in accepting EFQM among males and females. There is significant difference between the officials regarding their work experiences in accepting the EFQM.
