The invention relates to the electrified railway technology, in particular to a subway station water blocking structure for protecting the underground water environment and a construction method of the subway station water blocking structure. The water blocking structure comprises a V-shaped frozen earth water blocking layer, wherein two vertical frozen earth walls are arranged in the space defined by the V-shaped frozen earth water blocking layer, and the vertical frozen earth walls are communicated with the V-shaped frozen earth water blocking layer. By means of the V-shaped frozen earth water blocking layer, external underground water is prevented from entering a station foundation pit; the vertical frozen earth walls are used for supporting the stability of soil bodies on the two sides of the station foundation pit, protecting the underground water environment and preventing the underground water from being polluted in the construction process. By means of the freezing water blocking structure, large-scale drainage construction is avoided, precious underground water resources are saved, and settlement deformation, caused by drainage construction, of nearby buildings and structures are avoided.
