LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BURLINGTON PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning Board hereby gives notice that it will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 15, 2012 starting at or after 7:30 p.m. (please check the agenda available as of Tuesday, November 13, 2012 for the scheduled time), in the Main Hearing Room of the Burlington Town Hall, 29 Center Street, Burlington, MA, to consider the application of Paul A. Valleli, TMM, Precinct 3 to amend the Burlington Zoning Bylaw, Article VII: General Regulations by creating a new Section 7.6.0 "Outdoor Lighting Regulations" and to create new Rules and Regulations concerning outdoor lighting practices. Documentation in support of this proposal is available for public inspection in the Planning Board office, Town Hall Annex, Burlington, MA, during normal office hours, Monday through Friday.
