In thispaper, we propose two kindsof implementations ofthedualportMRAM, one ofwhichis fortheread/write concurrent operation whileanother is fortheadditional simultaneous readoperation. Compared withdualportSRAM,thedualportMRAM accompanied withsmaller memory cell size will makehighperformance systems realized inthemobile/robotics field. A swing-less bit-line sensing (SLBS)technique andthestatic bitline levelin thereadmode,helpto realize thehigh performance underthecondition ofVcc=1.OVandthe operation frequency of100MHz.
