Exploration on the Path of Integrating State-Owned Public Housing into the Housing System—Based on the Perspective of Social Network Analysis

Research purposes: the state-owned public housing is a legacy of the housing system reform. There are many realistic problems such as deterioration of living environment, policies lag and unclear property rights. We intended to explore the cause of its problems and puts forward reasonable solution on the reform of the public houses. Research methods: this paper mainly uses the method of social network analysis to study these problems, and carries out stakeholder analysis, based on which the reform path is proposed. Research results: at present, the government has weak links with other stakeholders of public housing and ought to strengthen supervision. The direct management of public housing information should be improved and rent level should be raised; Finally, the role of the media should be emphasized. Research conclusion: based on the network relationship between stakeholders, two main reform paths are proposed: evacuation exit and rent increase.
