USE OF INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS ON THE DYNAMIC STABILITY OF CARS

As the number of motor vehicles is constantly increasing on the roads, therefore, the interaction between vehicles is increasing. All of this has an impact on the increased number of traffic accidents, so the aspiration of all major car companies is to design intelligent systems in cars aimed at increasing traffic safety and reducing the possibility of a traffic accident. This paper presents some intelligent systems such as: collision warning systems, systems for electronic recognition and assessment of the environment of a car, communication systems between cars. In addition to these systems, the paper describes electronic systems such as: ABS (Anti–lock brake system), Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and Adaptive cruise control (ACC). All of these systems collectively aim to increase traffic safety and minimize the impact if an adverse event occurs.
