ASOCIACIÓN ENTRE EL ÍNDICE D2:D4 Y FOBIA SOCIAL EN HOMBRES. UN ESTUDIO DE CASOS Y CONTROLES.

Se determino la relacion entre el indice dactilar D2:D4 como indicador indirecto de exposicion a testosterona fetal  con la presencia de trastorno de ansiedad y fobia social en hombres mayores de 18 anos residentes en Tunja Colombia. Mediante emision calibrada con Nonio® o pie de rey se establecieron la longitud de los dedos anular e indice de la mano izquierda y se construyo el Indice D2:D4, para la medicion de ansiedad social se conto con la escala de angustia y evitacion social SADS y el cuestionario de ansiedad social para adultos CASO A-30. Se obtuvo un OR de 3,7 P<0,05 para la asociacion buscada; hay mayor probabilidad de desarrollar fobia social en las personas con alta exposicion a testosterona fetal frente que las personas con baja exposicion. El indice D2:D4 es un indicador predictivo de caracteristicas importantes en el entrenamiento deportivo y tambien se platea como indicador pronostico de fobia social. An OR of 3.7 P <0.05 was obtained for the association sought; There is a greater likelihood of developing social phobia in people with high exposure to fetal testosterone compared to people with low exposure. The D2: D4 index is a predictive indicator of important characteristics in sports training and also shows up as a prognostic indicator of social phobia.
