Residui di derivati benzoimidazolici nel latte di pecora e capra: ricerca mediante HPLC con rivelatore a serie di diodi

1995
A method for simultaneous determination of residues of benzoimidazoles (Albendazole, Oxibendazole, Parbendazole, Mebendazole and Tiabendazole) that are used for the treatment of hepatic infestation by Dicrocoelium and Fasciola in goats and sheep, has been elaborated for goat and sheep milk. The milk sample is extracted with acetonitrile and after with dichloromethane; the organic phase is evaporated to dryness and the residue, dissolved in 0.1 N chloridric acid in ethanol, is purified through a column C 2 SPE for solid phase extraction, eluating with ethyl acetate. The eluate is evaporated and dissolved in methanol and 0.05 N phosphoric acid and detected by HPLC diode array detector at 195 nm. The method is simple and has an average recovery of 80% ± 5% for goat and sheep milk; furthermore it meets the requirements of analysis, especially in the light of the EC regulation that establishes the benzoimidazoles LMR in milk
