Steady Leakage Calculation Models of Non-Isothermal Long Gas Pipeline

2005
Through the analysis on the compression factor, friction coefficient, leakage coefficient, pressure coefficient and temperature coefficient of long gas pipeline, and by referring to the existing models, the steady leakage models (small-hole model, big-hole model and pipe model) of non-isothermal are established in order to calculate the discharge rate, the temperature and pressure inside and outside a hole. Based on the leakage process of big-hole model, the three-synthetic-state mode and two-idiographic-state mode are presented. The results show that the small-hole model is applicable to the leakage with the ratio of hole diameter to pipeline diameter of about 0. 15; the pipe model is applicable to the leakage with the ratio of hole diameter to pipeline diameter of about 0. 9; the big-hole model is applicable to any leakages. The calculation results are reasonable and reliable.
