Objectives
Given the major interest in plant-based foods (PF) for global diets, we aimed to characterize inequalities in intakes of fruits, vegetables (non-starchy, potatoes, other starchy), legumes, grains (refined, whole), and nuts/seeds by country wealth and population socioeconomic status (SES).
