Sistemática para a análise conjunta de saúde e segurança no trabalho e o fluxo de processos

2020
With the search for competitive advantages, organizations adopt different strategies to improve products and processes to add value to customers. However, these strategies generally do not contribute to Health and Safety at Work (OSH) problems. Thus, the strategies are seen in a specific way, that is, they only deal with the improvement of processes or only with the improvement of OSH. A research gap was identified, corresponding to how to integrate process and OHS improvement. In this context, this work aims to propose a systematic for the identification and proposal of improvements in the work environment, considering simultaneously the OHS and the productive flow. For this purpose, lean concepts of process improvement are used, with the legislation relevant to OSH, structuring the Value Flow Mapping with the respective accident risks. Following these steps, a systematic approach was proposed, containing a method for identifying risks and proposing an ideal situation for the work environment. The systematic proposal collaborates for the organization's Integrated Management System providing a unified view of the process with the possibilities of improvement and OSH risks, also helping to prioritize the implementation of improvements according to the safety needs of employees.
