Front side power monitoring in TO-can RSOA module with monitoring photodiode and thermoelectric cooler

We reports power monitoring characteristics in RSOA TO-module with m-PD, TEC and thermistor. By monitoring output power at the front of RSOA, monitor current linearity can be improved and monitoring window becomes wider.
