Legal Regime of Illicit Cigarettes Transaction

The authors analyze the problem of judicial classification in case of infringement of possession and sale of illicit cigarettes, considered by law excise goods. Are taken into account some examples of the practice of criminal prosecution authority and trespass reporting body, suggesting some concrete solutions to eliminate differences in interpretation laws.
