Hierarchical Game Trading Model for Multiple VPPs Considering the Interaction with Distribution System

With the gradual deepening of power market reform, a large number of emerging market players swarm into the market and launch fierce competition. In the future, there will be a pattern of multiple virtual power plants participating in market transactions. In order to give consideration to the interests of distribution network operators and virtual power plants, this paper constructs a layered game interactive trading model in which distribution network operators participate. The bidding subjects of each virtual power plant fully consider the demand response and energy storage units as operational constraints and study the operator dynamic pricing behavior and the internal energy management model of virtual power plant. In the game process, each virtual power plant chooses its own minimum operating cost as the goal, and by transforming the model into a mixed integer linear programming problem, the optimal solution of game equilibrium with distribution network operators is obtained. Finally, the paper gives an example analysis of the multi-virtual power plant system integrating different distributed energy sources, and provides ideas and reference for the market transaction of virtual power plant.
