Bazı Buğday ve Arpa Çeşit ve Hatlarının Önemli Bazı Fungal Patojenlere Karşı Reaksiyonları

Reactions of 38 wheat cultivars and lines against Drechslera sorokiniana, Tilletia foetida, T.caries and Ustilago nuda tritici, 22 barley cultivars and lines against D. sorokiniana, D. teres, U. hordei and U. nigra were determined. In this work, race S-96 of D. sorokiniana race T-4 of D. teres and populations of the other pathogens were used. Experiments related with bunts and smuts were carried out in field conditions, while the others were done in greenhose conditions with 3 replicates. Porsuk 2800 and Kunduru 149 wheat cultivars was resistant against bunt and smut, while there was no resistant wheat cultivar and line against D.sorokiniana. Only YEA- 674.6 barley line was resistant against D. sorokiniana while there was not any resistant barley cultivar and line against D. teres. Four barley cultivars ( Zafer 160, YeĢilkoy 387, Yercil 147 and Gem ) were found resistant against covered and semi loose smuts of barley.
