The oxygen content influence upon YBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 7-x/ crystallography revealed by SEM

By SEM characterization of YBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 7-x/ powders after thermal treatments of calcination and sintering, an important oxygen influence upon crystallographic structure was revealed. X-ray diffraction proved the material to be YBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 7-x/.
