Low-cost Open Data As-a-Service in the Cloud.

In this paper we present the architecture and prototype of a Cloud based RDF database-as-a-service (DBaaS) that enables low-cost hosting of a large number of Open Data sets as data services. The RDF DBaaS is designed for availability and reliability of the hosted data services.
