Dyschromatosis in a 23-Year-Old Male

A 23-year-old man presented with hyper and hypopigmented macules on the dorsal aspects of the extremities that had appeared early since his childhood. On examination, skin lesions were asymptomatic but they became more pronounced (obvious) after exposure to the sun. His development was normal and there was no particular past medical history except for partial color blindness. Regarding family medical history, his grandfather and brother also had the same skin lesion with the similar features.
