L' analyse de valuations dans une démarche collaborative de recherche

2019
Understanding the mechanisms of collaboration is the focus of this study. The research/training project conducted between French and Quebec partners since 2016, FoRCE (Formation et Recherche Collaborative en Education), aims to formalize the collaboration processes from a training perspective. Convoking the concepts of boundary object, brokering, collaborative activities and evaluation, our theoretical and methodological research work has made it possible to propose an analytical framework that supports the progressive modelling of collaborative processes. An iterative process of validating the phenomena identified by the analysis was carried out in order to identify training opportunities for pilots and collaborative work leaders. We present here the research work preparatory to the design of part of this training. It has two objectives: 1) to understand how the identification and interpretation of valuations can act as a trigger for the spontaneous brokering function performed by certain actors and 2) to identify the extent to which these spontaneous brokering acts can have regulatory effects that facilitate the performance of collaborative activities. A content analysis of the verbatims of two collaborative work meetings involving researchers and education stakeholders is presented. The results indicate that an a posteriori identification of valuations could provide a spontaneous broker with indications of discontinuity in trade; however, we conclude that these indices can only generate regulation in a broader understanding of the boundary objects and the different types of collaborative activities to which they refer.
