espanolLa fosetas papilares congenitas, son alteraciones poco frecuentes, en las que aproximadamente 2/3 de los casos van a desarrollar desprendimientos serosos maculares. Su etiopatogenia continua a dia de hoy incierta, asi como el tratamiento de eleccion a aplicar. En este articulo recogemos las teorias actuales en torno al origen del fluido subretiniano, las diferentes alternativas terapeuticas propuestas y los resultados obtenidos con cada una de ellas. In this article, we collect the contemporary theories about the origin of the subretinal fluid as well as the different therapeutic modalities proposed and the results obtained with each treatment.
