Pseudofermion method applied to the high-local-spin system

The pseudofermion method in the local spin system has been useful in some cases. In this paper we generalize the pseudofermion method to a high-local-spin system. This leads to a representation of the partition function of the high-local-spin system by a functional integral. The method developed in this paper is applied to solve the low-temperature magnetic properties of uniaxial paramagnets. \textcopyright{} 1996 The American Physical Society.
