Utilizzo della metodica PCR real-time per la quantificazione di OGM in prodotti agro-alimentari

Because of the GMO food labelling requirement at the threshold of 0.9%, the availability of reliable quantitative analytical methods is necessary. The real-time quantitative PCR (TaqMan® chemistry) seems to be the most suitable method for GMO quantification. In this work its principle, instrumental repeatability, standard curves linearity and slope, method repeatability are presented. Moreover applications to the determination of GMO content of soybean flour samples and feed are carried out.
