Crystal Structure and Spectroscopic Investigations of POF3.

Matrix isolated POF3 is prepared by condensation of POCl3 to SbF3 (steel reactor, -196 °C, warming to room temperature within 3 h) followed by vacuum purification from HCl or PF5 (-70 °C, 100 mbar).
