Effects of Rain Shelter Cultivation on Longmen Nianju (Citrus reticulata Blanco) Fruit Qualities During on the Tree Storage

To study effects of cultivation models on 'Longmen Nianju'(Citrus reticulata Blanco)production,qualities of fruits growing under open field cultivation and rain shelter cultivation were dynamically compared,and principal components analysis were also carried out.The results showed that the soluble solids content and total soluble sugars in fruits from rain shelter cultivation were obviously higher than those from open field cultivation,the different values of which were 2.9% and 2.19% in April 4th,respectively.Comprehensive evaluation suggested the fruit qualities from rain shelter cultivation were higher than that from open field cultivation during the whole time when the fruits were stored freshly on the tree.
