Coating Process Optimization Studies Based on the New Standard of Ballast Tank Coating Protection

The contents and requirements of the new standard of ballast tank coating protection(PSPC) were studied.From the view of ship painting,coating protection and restoration,the optimization techniques of corecoating application and coating protection and restoration was proposed to meet the requirements of PSPC.
