Turn-milling Machining Based on UG and VERICUT

With the development of CNC technology,Turn-milling machining increasingly plays a vital role in modern manufacturing.The paper presented the flowchart of integrated turn-milling manufacturing based on UG and VERICUT firstly.And then,it proposed the method of process planning and programming in typical CNC machine tool,and the methods used in numerical programming with the software of DELCAM introduced accordingly,the simulation model was constructed and the simulation machining was conducted by VERICUT software.At last,the correctness and validity of the method was certified by experiments and qualify results.
