Thinking on Harmonious Development between Human and Nature in the Pastoral Area of Qing-Zang Plateau

The Qing-Zang plateau has strategical position in the ecological safety of China, protecting ecological environment here is an important content of implementing the attitute of scientific development. We should further face the present situation, enhance understanding, straighten out line of reasoning ,put into practice measures and plan harmonious development between human and nature as a whole ,and look on contribution in the present age and interests in a thousant years as a basis of carrying out comprehensive, harmonious and sustained development of economic society in Qing-Zang plateau.
