Amélioration de process au sein d'une entreprise de PLV

C10PLAY est une societe de PLV (Publicite sur Lieu de Vente) specialisee dans les domaines de la Parapharmacie et de la Grande Distribution. Mon sujet de stage concerne l'amelioration de process au sein de cette entreprise. Afin de pouvoir trouver des ameliorations, j'ai du jouer le role de fabricant. Ce dernier met en œuvre et suit la realisation technique de l’ensemble des produits de PLV qu'il a en charge. Il gere, planifie et controle toute une serie d’etapes (l'impression, la decoupe, le faconnage, l'achat d'accessoires et matieres premieres) permettant de mener a bien la fabrication de ses produits publicitaires. Grâce a cette mission, j'ai pu faire ressortir deux ameliorations possibles et essentielles pour la vie de l'entreprise : l'amelioration du systeme de facturation ainsi que l'amelioration du controle qualite. Concernant la facturation, une analyse fonctionnelle permettant de cerner et valider le besoin, a ete realisee. Apres cela et a l'aide de la programmation VBA, nous avons pu creer un reseau de tableaux Excel permettant de reduire les erreurs de facturation. En parallele, nous avons propose une feuille qualite permettant de mettre en avant l'ensemble des criteres a verifier sur une PLV. A l'aide de l'outil Gage R&R, nous avons pu montrer que la feuille n'en n'etait pas "capable". Nous avons alors du retravailler cette feuille pour la rendre "capable". //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// C10PLAY is a sale advertising company specialised in mass distribution and drugstore fields. My subject of internship concerns the improvement of processes within this company. In order to find improvements, I had to play the role of the manufacturer. The latter implements and monitors the technical implementation of all the POS products it supports. It manages , plans and controls a whole series of steps (printing, cutting, shaping, purchasing accessories and raw materials) to carry out the manufacture of its advertising products. Thanks to this mission, I have been able to point out two possible improvements that are essential for the company: improving the billing system as well as the quality control processes. Concerning the billing, a functional analysis allowing to identify and validate the need, was realized. After that, and using VBA programming, we created a network of Excel tables to reduce billing errors. In parallel, we proposed a quality sheet to highlight all the criteria to verify on a POS. Using the Gage R&R tool, we were able to show that the sheet is not "capable". We then had to rework this sheet to make it "capable".
