HUMAN DIGNITY AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC RIGHTS

In current society, where the gap between rich and poor is widening1, human dignity is invoked very frequently in relation to socio-economic rights. We analyze in this study the jurisprudence of the Romanian Constitutional Court and the recent jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.
