Physical properties of Pb(Zr,Ti)O3/YBa2Cu3O7 integrated films

Abstract Ferroelectric and high-Tc superconductor integrated films, Pb(Zr,Ti)O 3 /YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7 (PZT/YBCO) were synthesized by rf/dc magnetron sputtering method; ferroelectric state, polarization field effect and capacitance feature were investigated. The results are attractive for the application based on interfacial properties.
