Construction of University Scientific Data Management Frame

This article explores the related concepts and theoretical basis of scientific data management in universities, and builds a scientific data management frame in universities based on the theoretical basis of data science and information life cycle management. Starting from the links of scientific data collection, organization, storage, sharing and utilization, confidentiality and security, etc, the implementation strategies of each link were discussed, hoping to provide references for universities to develop scientific data management services.
