Testing device of winch mechanism

2011
A testing device of a winch mechanism comprises a base (100), the winch mechanism and a tower (200) vertically arranged on the base (100) and provided with a pulley mechanism. The winch mechanism comprises a rotary driving device (300), a steel wire rope (400), counter weights (500) and a controller, wherein the rotary driving device (300) is arranged on the base (100) and located at the adjacentposition of a first side of the tower (200), one end of the steel wire rope (400) is connected with the rotary driving device, bypasses the pulley mechanism of the tower (200) and extends to a secondside opposite to the first side of the tower (200), the counter weights (500) are hung by the other end of the steel wire rope (400), and the controller is electrically connected with the rotary driving device (300). By adjusting different counter weights and/or selecting different running states of the rotary driving device, detection on the winch mechanism under various working conditions can be carried out on the testing device so that limitation on single complete machine is broken through, testing cost is reduced, and testing efficiency is improved.
