The invention relates to an abrasion-resistant surfacing anti-fatigue welding material on the surface of a cement extrusion roller and application. According to the technical scheme, metal alloy powder containing Cr, C, Nb and Mn alloy elements is added in a surfacing material, and according to the surfacing metal component range (mass percentage), C=1.1-1.4%, Nb=4.0-5.8%, Cr=3.5-5.2%, Mn=0.8-1.0%, Si=0.6-0.9%, S<=0.025%, and P<=0.035%; and under the common arc surfacing condition, the micro structure of surfacing metal is high-carbon martensite, retained austenite, a small amount of austenite and NbC particles, wherein the volume fraction of the small amount of independent austenite ranges from 2% to 8%. According to the welding material product type, welding rods and flux-cored wires are used, and the welding rods are applicable to surfacing repairing of small defects on the surface of the extrusion roller and surfacing repairing of an abrasion-resistant layer on the whole roller surface; and the flux-cored wires are applicable to self-protecting or gas protecting arc surfacing, can also be used for submerged arc surfacing and can achieve automatic surfacing repairing of the extrusion roller and new extrusion roller manufacturing.
