Analysis of Common Herbicides in Blood by UPLC-HRMS.

OBJECTIVES: To develop a method to screen and quantify 10 common herbicides (paraquat, diquat, glyphosate, glufosinate, cyanazine, atrazine, metazachlor, acetochlor, chlorsulfuron, and metsulfuron) in blood. METHODS: With acetonitrile-water solution [V(acetonitrile)∶V(water)=3∶1] as protein precipitant, 10 common herbicides in blood were detected using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (UPLC-HRMS). 方法: 以乙腈-水溶液[V(乙腈)∶V(水)=3∶1]为蛋白沉淀剂,用超高效液相色谱-高分辨质谱法(ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry,UPLC-HRMS)对血液中的10种除草剂进行检测。. 结果: 10种除草剂在各自线性范围内线性关系良好(决定系数R2≥0.993),回收率为67.4%~111.9%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~10.8%,准确度为85.1%~106.1%,日内精密度为2.7%~13.5%,日间精密度为3.3%~13.3%。. 结论: 该方法操作简便、回收率高,可同时对血液中多种除草剂进行快速准确的定性筛选和定量分析。. 关键词: 法医毒理学;除草剂;超高效液相色谱-高分辨质谱;蛋白沉淀法;生物检材.
