A temperature sensor is arranged on a radiation seat close to the bottom of a light particle substrate, a constant temperature control module is arranged in a lamp holder, the temperature sensor is connected with the constant temperature control module, the constant temperature control module is connected with a light-emitting diode (LED) lamp particle on the lamp particle substrate, cost for using radiation seats of large size can be reduced, and the LED lamp particle can normally work at the certain temperature. When the temperature sensor responses the temperature of the radiation seat lower than the set temperature, the constant temperature module can control, adjust and reduce rotation speed of a constant temperature fan, and electricity energy is saved. Otherwise, when the temperature sensor senses that the temperature of the radiation seat is higher than the set temperature, the constant temperature module can control, adjust and increase rotation speed of the constant temperature fan. The radiation seat is enabled to keep in a certain temperature range, normal work of the LED lamp particle is guaranteed, energy is saved, consumption is reduced, and service life of the constant temperature fan and a work shed lamp is prolonged.
