Analysis on the Differences of the Extract in the Earthworm Regeneration Period on NIH3T3 Cells

Objective:To clarify the component differences in earthworm regeneration to promote wound healing through analyzing the differences of the extract in the earthworm regeneration period on NIH3T3 cells.And then filter out the most active extract.Method:The fresh earthworm was stimulated to produce repair components by breaking the body of earthworm.The body of earthworm was broken at different time points and 1cm of the breaking part(from the breaking site)was used to homogenize and restore in the-20 ℃ for 24 h.The extract was used at different time points(1-14 d)and the positive control-bFGF was used to study the differences of the extract in the earthworm regeneration period on NIH3T3 cells through MTS.Result:The effect of the exract from the broken body of fresh earthworm at different time points on NIH3T3 cells showed some differences,especially the 3rd sample,which was the most active extract.Conclusion:Breaking the body of the earthworm will stimulate it to produce active components on NIH3T3 cells.The repair components produced from the restoration period of the earthworm at different time points,have differences between each other and the 3rd day sample has the highest content of the repair component which lays the foundation for the further study of the promoting wound healing components of the earthworm.
