Study and Implementation of Comprehensive Utilization Mode of Regional Rain-flood Resources in Cangzhou City

According to the three water problems in Cangzhou,which are the serious flood disaster,drought and water shortage,and water pollution,combining with the characteristics of water resources and the situation of water conservancy facilities in Cangzhou,this paper studies the comprehensive utilization model of rain-flood resources,in which the rivers,reservoirs,ponds and lakes in Cangzhou are fully utilized to intercept and store the rain-flood resources,so as to achieve the goal of sustainable utilization of water resources,and harmonious development of population,resources,environment and economy.
